A helping hand !
No restraints but a whirring flailing wheel with lots of 'hands'. Impractical, but a pleasant pic.
There is a spanking machine on a site called spankingserver.com, I think. They produce videos with it. Seems effective and high-tech, controlled via a laptop. But they use it on the models' butts, it's not on sale. Or is it?
